ING Miami Marathon

I will be running the Miami Half Marathon this coming Sunday. There is still some space so come on out and go for a run with me. Should be fun.

Finally, after a few date and location changes I am all set to start my Miami Bootcamp classes and I cannot wait. I am very excited to be in Miami and I am looking forward to meeting everyone, so come on out to Lummus Park on Ocean Drive at 9th Street at 6 or 7 am; the first 4 sessions are on me.
